It’s absolutely incredible that this album exists. It was recorded in the pandemic when we were just coming out of a lockdown. All the musicians on stage were socially distanced which makes it so much harder to perform as players rely on being able to hear each other clearly for intonation and phrasing. Despite these challenges Orchestra Victoria and The Teskey Brothers pulled a rabbit of a hat and managed to record an album that I’m immensely proud of.
